Tyler Technologies Buys Windsor Management

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies, the developer of software for the municipal government market, saids today that it has acquired Windsor Management Group, LLC, a developer of financial and human capital management software for the K-12 education market. Tyler said it would pay $23.5M in cash for Windsor, whose product, Infinite Visions, is used by more than 800 school districts. Windsor had total revenues of approximately $12M in 2010, with $7.8M of that in recurring revenues, Tyler said.
