TVA Medical Raises $15M In Series C Funding

Austin-based TVA Medical, a developer of minimally invasive treatments for end-stage renal disease, said Tuesday that it has raised 15M in a Series C funding roudn. The funding was led by Baxter Ventures and Boston Scientific Corporation, and also included Sante Ventures, S3 Ventures, TriStar Technology Ventures, ant others. The startup led by Adam L. Berman, said the new funding will go towards clinical ativities and development of its everlinQ endoAVF system, a catheter-based technology to help treat chronic kidney disease. More information »
