TriQuint Wins Microwave Products Company

Richardson-based RF semiconductor maker TriQuint Semiconductor said today that it has scored a win with microwave products maker RF-Lambda. TriQuint said that RF-Lamba has developed a new line of high power amplifiers, based on its Gallium Nitride (GaN) power transistors. RF-Lambda's products are aimed at commercial 4G systems, a defense flight system and other defense / aerospace projects. Financial impact of the win was not announced.
