Traxo Buys GoMiles

Dallas-based Traxo, which operates an online suite of tools aimed at travelers, has acquired frequent flyer mileage tracking startup GoMiles. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Traxo, it will move all of the information of users of GoMiles to its own service. Traxo is led by Andres Fabris. GoMiles was based in Seattle.
