TouchKO Acquired By Wacom

Touchscreen Konnection Oasis Inc., an Austin, Texas-based firm that specializes in the production of touch-based input devices, has been acquired by Wacom Company Ltd., a manufacturer of digital pen input devices, Wacom announced Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. TouchKO has been assigned to Wacom's Components Division and will continue operating from its Austin headquarters. Wacom is a manufacturer of pen-based tablets and input devices.
