The Zebra Finds $40M

Austin-based The Zebra, which operates an online auto insurance comparison marketplace, has raised $40M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Accel Partners, and also included Silverton Partners, Floodgate, Ballast Point Ventures, Mark Cuban, Daher Capital, and Birchmere Labs.
