Texert Links With Unisys

Dallas-based Texert, a developer of enterprise risk management software, said today that it has linked with Unisys on reselling its products in Asia. Texert said that Unisys will resell its risk and compliance suite in Asia, to help companies more effectively manage governance, risk and compliance standards. Anticipated financial impact of the reseller deal was not announced, and the firms did not detail which parts of Asia Unisys would be reselling the product into.
