Texas Memory Systems Raises $960K

Houston-based Texas Memory Systems, a developer of solid state disk drives and related products, has raised $960,865 out of a $1.2M funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. According to the filing, the round included both equity and debt. No details on the funding have been released by the firm.
