Texas Firms Hit Fast 500 List

A number of Texas technology firms have been ranked in the annual, Deloitte Fast 500 list of fastest growing technology companies. The list, which was released today, ranks companies by their five year growth. Topping the firms from Texas on the list was Austin-based Smiley Media, which was ranked at 82, with 1508% five year growth, followed by Richardson-based Orametrix, ranked at 86, with 1306% growth. Other firms among the top in the list were Dallas-based One Technologies, ranked 91 with 1265% growth; ERF Wireless, based in League City, ranked 137 with 760% growth; and Plano's GENBAND, which was 142 on the list, with 731% growth.
