Tenfold Finds $7.5M

Austin-based Tenfold, a developer of integration software for CRM and call center software, has raised $7.5M in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Next Coast Ventures, and also included Andreessen Horowitz, Salesforce Ventures and Geekdom Fund. According to Tenfold, it plans to use the funding to extend its products to support more voice platforms and CRMs. Tenfold is led by CEO Jeff Cotten. TenFold provides integration of sales and support information, across multiple systems, allowing agents to access a single system for information on a customer. The company says it integrates with such contact center software providers as NICE inContact, RingCentral and Avaya and CRM software from Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, and others.
