TeleQuality Communications Acquired By Education Networks Of America

San Antonio-based TeleQuality Communications, a provider of communications and networking services to the rural healthcare industry, has been acquired by Nashville-based Education Networks of America (ENA). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. ENA is a provider of broadband Internet connectivity to schools, libraries, and rural healthcare systems. ENA is backed by private equity firm ZMC. According to the companies, the combined companies will have more than 250 employees.
