Teladoc Expands Board

Lewsville, Texas-based telehealth provider Teladoc said this morning that it has named Kenneth H. Paulus, former CEO of Allina Health, to its board of directors. Paulus was President and CEO of Allina Health from 2009 to 2014. Paulus is currently Executive Advisor at private investment firm Water Street Healthcare Partners.
