TeamSupport Raises $1.25M

Dallas-based TeamSupport, which develops customer support software for the B2B technology market, said Wednesday that it has raised $1.25M in a funding round. SOurce of the funding was not disclosed. TeamSupport said the funding came from investors in Dallas, New York, Atlanta and Toronto. TeamSupport offers up software specifically used for B2B markets, and says its customers include AT&T, Comcast, the NBA, FuiFilm, Walmart, and others. The company is led by Robert C. Johnson. TeamSupport said it competes against such companies as Zendesk, Freshdesk and Desk.com. More information »
