TaskUs Opens New Offices In San Antonio, Plans To Hire 500

TaskUs, a large business process outsourcing firm, said it has leased 32,000 square feet in San Antonio, and opened up new sales offices in Dallas and Austin, as part of a big expansion for the company. The company, which provides outsourcing of back office tasks to big Internet services companies, said it plans to hire more than 500 employees in San Antonio. In addition, the company said its two founders, CEO Bryce Maddock and President Jaspar Weir, are both moving to Texas as part of the new expansion. TaskUs said its new headquarters will include such office perks as a complimentary coffee and snack station, a napping/resting area, on-site massage therapist visits and a space for employees to cut loose, play foosball and watch TV.
