Tangoe, TRAQ Merge

Tangoe Inc. and TRAQ Wireless Inc. have completed their merger, Tangoe officials reported Thursday. The newly formed organization, which will operate under the Tangoe Inc. brand, will provide software and services to companies worldwide with the aim of assisting those businesses in procuring, managing and controlling their voice, data and wireless communications resources. Tangoe founder Al Subbloie will remain president and CEO, while TRAQ President and CEO Rick Pontin will serve as chairman. Tangoe’s corporate headquarters are located in Orange, Conn., and a major operational facility is sited in Austin.
