Streetlane Acquired By Roofstock

Dallas-based Streetlane, which provides property management services, has been acquired by Oakland, California-based Roofstock, which operates an online marketplace for single family rental investment properties. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Roofstock said that it will retain the existing management contracts of Streetlane. Roofstock is venture backed by SVB Capital, Asia Pacific Land Ltd., Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Canvas Ventures, QED Investors, Nyca Partners, and FJ Labs.
