Stream Purchases Irish Call Center from Zomax
Stream, a global provider of technical support and customer service outsourcing, announced Wednesday that it has acquired a Dublin, Ireland-based call center. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The facility, which previously belonged to media and supply chain company Zomax, will become Stream's third call center in the Emerald Isleís "Happy City." Specifically, Stream's new property is located in Santry, a suburb of Dublinís Northside, and will provide multilingual support for the company's European clientele. Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, Stream has offices at 29 locations in 16 countries.
