Modern Message, Wag! In Partnership

Dallas-based Modern Message, which develops software used by property managers to engage with their residents, said today that it has linked up with on-demand dog walking service Wag, in a strategic alliance. According to the two, Wag will provide free services, discounts, and deals to multifamily and student housing residents through the Modern Message's Community Rewards Partner Network. Financial details of the alliance were not announced. Modern Message, which is led by CEO John Hinckley, says it has a portfolio of more than 400 asset management companies and ownership groups with 3,700 apartment communities and more than one million active residents.
