Trend Micro Dangles $60K In Investments To Startups At CES

Have a hot startup showing off your products at CES? Dallas-base cybersecurity software maker Trend Micro said this morning that it is offering up $60,000 in prizes, which it will invest across six startups at this week's CES show, as part of its Trend Forward Capital investment fund. According to Trend Micro, it will be running a series of events at CES to identify "promising and hyper-growth technology startups". Trend Micro will award $10,000 in cash to each of six startups at the show, according to the company. The cybersecurity company said it will select its six winners out of an existing list of 24 finalists, who already have been screened by Trend Forward Capital and its investor partners.
