Hypergiant Acquires Black Pixel

Austin-based artificial intelligence software developer Hypergiant said this morning that it has acquired Seattle-based app developer Black Pixel. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Black Pixel had developed a wide range of mobile apps, and was best known for its NetNewsWire news reader app.
