Allegro Development Wins Southwest Airlines

Dallas-based software developer Allegro Development, which develops commodity and risk management software, has rolled out its product with Southwest Airlines Co., the company said this morning. Allegro Develompent said that Southwest is using its energy trading and risk management software to improve fuel optimization, supply chain efficiencies, and real-time inventory management of its jet fuel business. Financial details of the win were not announced. Allegro said Southwest is also evaluating its iOS and Android mobile applications, Allegro Mobile.
