Mood Media Buys focus4media

Austin-based Mood Media, which provides in-store music and other media for retailers, said on Monday that it has acquired focus4media, one of its independent affiliates. Financial details of the asset acquisition deal were not announced. focus4media had served the Alabama, Florida, Virginia and other territories across the Eastern United States.
