Elligo Health Research Buys ePatientFinder

Austin-based Elligo Health Research, which helps match patients with clinical trials by engaging physicians who are not offering clinical research access to their patients, said today that it has acquired ePatientFinder, and its technology platform and referring practice network. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Elligo said the buy will expand its technology and network growth capailities. ePatientFinder was based in Austin. ePatientFinder had been founded by Tom Dorsett, Tushar Jain, Greg Sweatt and Dillon Krug; as of 2016, the company had raised around $11M in total funding.
