Vista Equity Targets $12 Billion In New Fund

Austin-based Vista Equity Partners is targeting $12 billion for a new private equity fund, which will be its seventh, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal this week. The firm had raised $11 billion last year for its sixth fund. Vista Equity regularly acquires and makes investments in high tech companies.
