YouEarnedIt Gets Strategic Investment From Vista Equity

Austin-based YouEarnedIt, which develops software used by human resources departments to better reward and engage with employees, has scored a strategic investment round from Vista Equity Partners, the company said today. The investment also included prior investors Ridge Ventures and Silverton Partners. Financial details of the investment were not announced. YouEarnedIt is led by co-founder and CEO Autumn Manning. In the funding announcement, YouEarnedIt said it has also added James Mann as CFO, and Michael Logan as Executive Vice President of Sales at the company. YouEarnedIt develops software that the company says helps unify company culture, boost employee engagement, increase retention, and offer up recognition and rewards to employees. The companies did not say how large of a stake Vista Equity has acquired in YouEarnedIt; Vista often makes majority investments in the companies it backs, although it usually indicates when it does.
