Under Armour's MyFitnessPal Sees Major Data Breach Of 150M User Accounts

Under Armour said on Thursday that its MyFitnessPal food and nutrition application and website, parts of which are developed in Austin, has had a major data security issue. Under Armour said approximately 150 million user accounts were affected by the breach, which includes usernames, email addresses, and hashed passwords. Under Armour said the breach was detected on March 25th, when its teams determined an "unauthorized party" had acquired the user account information in late February.
