Oracle Sets Up Startup Accelerator In Austin

Austin has a new startup accelerator, thanks to Oracle, which said today that it has added Austin to its list of residential Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator program locations. Austin will be the ninth location for Oracle's accelerator efforts. According to Oracle, companies in the Austin progeram will gain hands-on technical and business mentoring by Oracle and industry experts, free credits on Oracle's cloud service, and access to a dedicated co-working space, among other benefits. Austin is the first U.S. location for the Oracle accelerator, which also maintains locations in Bangalore, Bristol, Mumbai, Delhi, Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Tel Aviv.
