Kimbia Acquired By GiveGab

Austin-based Kimbia, which develops software that helps nonprofits manage fundraising campaigns, volunteers, events, and more, has been acquired by GiveGab, according to the two companies. Financial details of the asset acquisition were not announced. Kimbia was venture backed by S3 Ventures, as well as local angels. Kimbia was led by CEO Mark Perkins.
