Nexstar Media Buys LKQD For $90M

Irving, Texas-based Nexstar Media Group said this morning that it has agreed to acquire LKQD Technologies, a video advertising infrastructure provider, for $90M in cash. LKQD Technologies was founded in 2014, and reaches approximately 115 million, US online video viewers.
