ScaleFactor Names New VP

Austin-based ScaleFactor, the startup which is developing cloud-based, accounting software for small businesses, announced this morning that it has named David Loia as its new VP of Customers. Loia has previously served at Iconixx, Zenoss, Humantelligence, Next IT, RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle) and Siebel Systems (also acquired by Oracle), in addition to NASA AMES, P&G and Oracle.
