Imagine Communications Shuffles CEO

Dallas-based video processing equipment and technology developer Imagine Communications said on Wednesday that it has appointed Tom Cotney as its new CEO. Cotney replaces current CEO Charlie Vogt, who is joining The Gores Group as a Senior Advisor. Imagine Communications is owned by The Gores Group. Cotney was General Manager of the Communications Sector at IBM Global Services, among other positions.
