Tyler Technologies Buys Radio 10-33

Plano-based Tyler Technologies said today that it has acquired Radio 10-33, a developer of audio- and digital-, two-way radio communications technology. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. According to Tyler, it will use the acquired assets in future applications for recording E-911 transmissions. Tyler said that Radio 10-33's technology are used by emergency communication centers, law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies for monitoring and responding to the regions they serve.
