CynergisTek Swaps CEOs

Austin-based healthcare cybersecurity provider CynergisTek has swapped out its CEO, saying that it has named Mac McMillan as its new CEO, effective immediately. McMillan was previously the company's President and Chief Strategy Officer. Current CEO Joe Flynn has resigned. According to CynergisTek, Flynn has "decided to pursue an opportunity as CEO of a privately held business."
