LandlordStation Buys RadPad

Dallas-based LandlordStation, a provider of online tenant screening services and tools for landlords, has acquired apartment rental marketplace startup RadPad. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. RadPad had offered up a place to search for apartment rentals, which were shown on a map and also let users search by feature, price, and other details. LandlordStation offers up tenant screening, electronic document signing, rent payment, renter's insurance, credit monitoring, and other related services to both landlords and tenants.
