Raytheon Buys Technology Developer

Raytheon's Garland, Texas division said today that it has acquired Teligy, a technology development company focused on wireless development. Raytheon said the buy will help bolster its cybersecurity offerings in the wireless communications, vulnerability analysis, reverse engineering and custom kernel software/device driver development areas. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Teligy was based in Greer, S.C.
