Pivot3 Wins Alaska Public Transportation Agency

Austin-based Pivot3, the developer of consolidated computing and storage appliances, reported that its technology is being used by the Anchorage Department of Public Transportation. Pivot3 said its products are being used in conjunction with high resolution, network-based security products from MOBOTIX. Pivot3 did not disclose financial details of the win. Pivot3's systems are being used to store video from 29 surveillance cameras, handling 24 days of video.
