Colocation Firm Names Texas General Manager

ViaWest, an provider of colocation and managed services with major operations in both Dallas and Austin, said Wednesday that it has named John Greenwood as its new Vice President and General Manager in the state. The firm--which is based in Denver--operates six data centers in Dallas and one in Austin. Greenwood heads to the firm from CyrusOne, where he was Dallas General Manager. ViaWest says taht Texas is one of its largest markets.
