Dell Buys Systems Management Firm KACE

Round Rock-based Dell said Thursday morning that the firm has agreed to buy KACE, a developer of systems management software and appliances. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. KACE develops systems management appliances and software, which is used for system inventory and device discovery, configuration management, and IT deployment. KACE is headquartered in Mountain View, California.
