Westec Acquires Atlanta Surveillance Firm

Dallas-based Westec Intelligent Surveillance, which providers remote video security monitoring, said today that it has purchased Vyne Industries, an Atlanta-based video surveillance and monitoring company. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Westec is backed by Argonaut Private Equity and Egis Capital Partners.
