PFSweb Gains $15.3M Military Contract

Plano-based PFSweb, a provider of web and ecommerce software and services, said today that it has scored a five year, $15.3M deal with the Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES). According to the firm, it will support the AAFES with warehousing, order fulfillment, professional services, and more for the AAFES online and catalog operations. The Army & Air Force Exchange Service operates catalog and online stores, available to active duty and retired military personnel and their dependents, and is a joint command of the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. PFSweb provides third party logistics, e-commerce services, call center support, and more to companies; the company also operates the eCOST.com online ecommerce site.
