Pavilion Technologies Acquired by Rockwell Automation

Austin, Texas-based Pavilion Technologies, a provider of software for the oil and gas, consumer products, and chemical process industries, has been acquired by Rockwell Automation. Rockwell said Thursday that it has acquired Pavilion, which will become part of Rockwell's Architecture & Software business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pavilion's software is used for predictive modeling of production processes.
