T-System Acquired By Fidelity National For $200M

Dallas-based T-System, a provider of healthcare IT technology, said Tuesday that it has agreed to be acquired by a subsidiary of financial services firm Fidelity National Financial, in a deal worth $200M in cash. T-System said it will be acquired by FNFV Group, which is the investment arm of Fidelity National Financial. The companies said the buy will help further Fidelity National's growth in the healthcare technology area, and also will help drive future acquisitions.
