Engine Yard Adds 24/7, Premium Support Level

Austin-based Engine Yard, which provides support services for Ruby on Rails applications, said this morning that it has expanded its services to include a new, 24/7 "Platinum" support level. According to Engine Yard, the new service comes after it found its customers needed its support to work more like part of their internal organizations, with practice 24/7 support, endpoint monitoring, application and development consulting services, and more. Pricing on the new support offering was not announced.
