MedSource Acquires Unit Of Datatrial, Expands In The UK

Houston-based MedSource, a provider of outsourced clinical research, said it has acquired the data services division of UK-based Datatrial, and expanded in the United Kingdom, with a new team and facility. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. MedSource said the acquisition occurred in early 2017. MedSource is a clinical research organization (CRO) which says it has particular expertise in oncology and central nervous system disorders.
