Encryptics Wins Texas IT Department

Frisco, Texas-based data privacy and encryption software provider Encryptics announced today that it has been selected by the Texas Department of Information Resources. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Encryptics said it will be deploying the state's first implementation of device-level, email encryption. Encryptics, which is led by Mitch Scherr, provides data protection software which use encryption and other security techniques to manage mobile and desktop messaging.
