Buffalo Targets Video Surveillance Storage

Austin-based Buffalo Technology, a developer and manufacturer of network and storage accessories, said this morning that it has launched a new product aimed at the video surveillance asset management market. The firm said ites new TeraStation 5000 series provides iSCSI, replication, falover support, and other features, as wells as features specifically targeted at video surveillance asset management. The firm said the new product will ship in June, starting at $549.99 for 2TB.
