Storm Products Acquired By Teledyne

Dallas, Texas-based Storm Products Co., a manufacturer of specialty wire, cable, and interconnnect products, has been acquired, according to Teledyne Technologies. Thousand Oaks, California-based Teledyne said this morning that its subsidiary, Teledyne Reynolds, acquired Storm Products, but did not disclose financial details of the deal. Storm is a $45.7M manufacturer of wire and cable assemblies to the energy, environmental monitoring, and industrial market. According to Teledyne, the new firm will become Teledyne Storm Products.
