StatLab Buys American MasterTech

McKinney, Texas-based StatLab Medical Products, a provider of a wide range of products for pathology laboratories, has acquired American MasterTech Scientific, a provider of scientific laboratory supplies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Both companies focus on the anatomic pathology marketplace.
