SpaceX Dragon Heads To Texas After Successful Return From Space

The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft is headed to a SpaceX test facility in McGregor, Texas, after a successful splash down in the Pacific this morning, according to NASA. NASA said this morning that the latest, commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS) splashed down at 11:47 a.m. EDT, returning more than 3,000 pounds of cargo and science samples to space. NASA said it will be offloading some cargo from a port near Los Angeles, California, before returning the SpaceX Dragon to the SpaceX test facility in McGregor, for further processing.
