Solera Holdings Buys K&S Beheer

Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings, the developer of software for the automobile insurance claims processing industry, announced today that it has purchased K&S Beheer B.V., a developer of collission repair shop mnagement sytsems, based in the Netherlands. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. The acquisition is at least the fourth for Solera Holdings this year. Solera has been acquiring various software providers serving the auto collission and insurance claims industry all year.
